ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Daneunder Workwear has been 5 years in the making with many trials, much research and time going into finding the right Partner that we can trust to produce consistent and high-quality garments with an emphasis on Ethical and Environmentally Sound Practices in line with our Core Values. 

Our chosen Partner in India have been manufacturing garments since 1999.   They were the first to introduce the concept of Flame Resistant (FR) protective clothing to the Indian Industry.  Over the years, they have grown multifold and are a dominant player in the FR Protective Clothing Industry globally with their products being used by many well-known Brands such as ABB, Ford and Dickies.  Today, they are the largest manufacturer of FR clothing in India with a payroll of around 700 staff and monthly production of more than 30,000 garments.

Karl visited the Head Office and Factory in India in September 2018 viewing first-hand where the garments are made and was able to verify their stringent quality control processes in action.  Our Partner is also a member of the India Green Building Council (IGBC) with their newest factory having an IGBC Green Factory Rating meaning they are recognized as being Energy Efficient and reducing their Environmental footprint through:

Water Efficiency /  Power Efficiency  /  Waste Handling

All of the Flame Resistant garments in the Daneunder Workwear Range are made of inherently Flame Resistant Fabrics which means that the garments are Flame Resistant for the duration of their life span; unlike many other products which are treated to be Flame Retardant for approximately 50 washing cycles.  This means our garments do not contain any formaldehyde.  Some of the fabrics we use are also “rip stop”, meaning they are durable and are unlikely to easily rip or tear.
